Rates

• $200 for 1 hour of medication management and therapy
• $100 for 30 min medication management follow-up
• $200 for initial psych eval of 1 hour

Insurance

I currently am able to submit claims for Tricare Tricare Prime does require pre-authorization. Coming soon: BCBS

I also can help you submit a reimbursement request to your insurance company.

Payment

I accept check and all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
